Platform User Guide

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 6868vv platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by us. These Terms take effect from the date you first access or use this platform.

By completing the registration process or simply browsing the 6868vv platform, you confirm that you have read and understood all the terms stated herein. If you are registering on behalf of an organization or company, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

6868vv reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the 6868vv platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or an individual accessing the platform from a permitted territory.
• Not currently subject to a voluntary or compulsory gambling exclusion in any jurisdiction.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not registered as a 6868vv employee, partner, or immediate family member of a 6868vv employee.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 6868vv platform. Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as shown on your official identification document, date of birth, active phone number, and a valid email address. 6868vv reserves the right to reject registration or suspend an account without providing reasons if there is doubt regarding the validity of the information supplied.

Identity Verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include a photo of your MyKad (front and back) and a selfie holding your MyKad. This process is typically completed within 2 hours.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

6868vv accepts a wide range of deposit methods suited for Malaysia users, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, bank transfers to major Malaysian bank accounts, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT (TRC20 and ERC20). All available payment methods are displayed under the "Deposit" section of your account.

• Minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once a transaction is successful.
• Deposit funds must originate from a legitimate source and in your name only.
• 6868vv does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or on behalf of another person.
• If a technical failure occurs during a deposit, contact support with proof of transaction for resolution within 24 hours.

All deposits are processed in real time for most methods. In the rare case where a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact the 6868vv support team with your transaction reference number for immediate investigation.

4 Cash Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your 6868vv account are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met before a request is processed:

• The account must have completed and passed the full KYC verification process.
• There are no ongoing security or fraud investigations into your account.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) for any active bonus must be fully met.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal limit is RM10 and the maximum is RM50,000 per day for standard accounts.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method chosen — e-wallets and DuitNow typically take 15–30 minutes, while bank transfers require 30–60 minutes. All withdrawals are processed 24/7, including public holidays. No fees are charged by 6868vv for any withdrawal.

6868vv reserves the right to request additional documents for large withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. This is a standard security measure to protect players from unauthorized access.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6868vv offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms as stated on the relevant promotions page. The following are general conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• 6868vv reserves the right to cancel bonuses if a user is found to be abusing promotions or employing unfair wagering strategies.
• Bonus validity periods are as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be restored.

6 Game Rules

All games on the 6868vv platform are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited to ensure fairness. All game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be proven through system records.

Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Game guides are available within the platform and can be accessed at any time. 6868vv is not liable for losses arising from a user's misunderstanding of game rules.

• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed before the game begins.
• Any technical disruptions or connection issues occurring during an active game will be resolved based on the definitive server records.
• Games interrupted due to an issue on 6868vv's end will be credited back to the user's account within 24 hours.

7 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 6868vv will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of the platform each time you finish using it, especially on public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to 6868vv support immediately.

6868vv is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following actions on the 6868vv platform. Violating any of the prohibitions below will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance without compensation:

• Creating more than one account or using a false identity.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or third-party tools to exploit the platform.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to exploit vulnerabilities in games.
• Cheating, colluding, or manipulating the wagering system or game outcomes.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses, including opening multiple accounts to claim duplicates.
• Threatening, abusing, or behaving disrespectfully toward 6868vv support staff.

9 Account Termination

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the 6868vv support team. Any valid balance will be returned after a self-requested account closure, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.

6868vv reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account immediately without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The user violates any term in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity has been detected.
• Registration details found to be false or inaccurate upon verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Requests from competent authorities to investigate or freeze an account.

10 Liability Limits

The 6868vv platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly 99.9% of the time, we do not guarantee the complete absence of technical disruptions, delays, or errors.

6868vv is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from service disruptions, server issues, or technical problems beyond our control.
• Disputed game or betting outcomes where system records confirm the result.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's failure to manage their security credentials.

Under no circumstances shall 6868vv's total maximum liability to a user exceed the user's actual deposit amount within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Terms Amendment

6868vv reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

For changes related to security or legal compliance requirements, 6868vv reserves the right to implement them immediately without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review and understand the latest version of these Terms.

12 Applicable Laws

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 6868vv platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days from the date the dispute arises.

If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful, both parties agree to refer the dispute to independent arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
